Rev. Graham: Biden Conducts Gay Marriage--'There Will Be A Price To Pay For Our Nation'
Commenting on Vice President Joe Biden conducting a gay marriage ceremony for two male White House staffers in the residence of the vice president in Washington, D.C., Christian evangelist Franklin Graham said God's word makes clear that "homosexuality is wrong," and that America now has a reputation for celebrating sin "and there will be a price to pay."
'Queer Kids Stuff' videos indoctrinate preschoolers
The series, titled "Queer Kids Stuff" teaches preschoolers what the terms "gay," "bisexual" and "transgender" mean in an attempt to normalize the LGBT lifestyle with youth at an early age — a tactic that has repeatedly been used over the years to influence impressionable children. Advocates of homosexual behavior admit that they are trying to get to the youngsters before they hear anything negative about homosexuality.
MassResistance founder and director Brian Camenker expresses concern that homosexual activists are successfully manipulating youth at an extremely influential age.
"It's painful to watch what they do because these are such young kids,” Carmenker shared, according to Fox News. “And they are using such very sophisticated propaganda techniques on these innocent kids — who are very vulnerable — to get them to believe all this stuff."
He says conservatives and Christians tend to underestimate just how treacherous the promoters of these tactics are.
"Evil, I think, is not too strong a word because anybody that would do this with kids — particularly without parents’ knowledge or permission — but just anybody that would do that to them there's just something wrong … something very, very wrong," Carmenker contends.

Is Bernie Sanders Controlled Opposition?
That’s rather unfortunate for Bernie. People won’t remember his lines about any of the important issues but rather his politically expedient defense of a scandal that has lead to a serious trust issue with a corrupt public official. That’s the opposite of why Sanders has said he’s in the race. He’s claimed that he wants to talk about the issues but that was put to the wayside when he defended Clinton from her most pressing issue.

What is the Septuagint?
It has become known as the Septuagint, "The Interpretation of the 70 Elders". Also it is represented by the Roman (?) numerals whose combined value is 70, hence L-50, X-10, X-10. Why it isn't called the LXXII I'll never know.
This so called "Letter of Aristeas" is the sole evidence for the existence of this mystical document. There are absolutely NO Greek Old Testament manuscripts existent with a date of 250 BC or anywhere near it. Neither is there any record in Jewish history of such a work being contemplated or performed.
When pressed to produce hard evidence of the existence of such a document, scholars quickly point to Origen's Hexapla written around 200 AD, or approximately 450 years later than the LXX was supposedly penned, and more than 100 years after the New Testament was completed. The second column of Origen's Hexapla contains his own (hardly 72 Jewish scholars) Greek translation of the Old Testament including spurious books such as "Bel and the Dragon", "Judith" and "Tobit" and other apocryphal books accepted as authoritative only by the Roman Catholic Church.
Proponents of the invisible LXX will try to claim that Origen didn't translate the Hebrew into Greek, but only copied the LXX into the second column of his Hexapla. Can this argument be correct? No. If it were, then that would mean that those astute 72 Jewish scholars added the Apocryphal books to their work before they were ever written. (!) Or else, Origen took the liberty to add these spurious writings to God's Holy Word (Rev. 22:18).
Thus we see that the second column of the Hexapla is Origen's personal, unveilable translation of the Old Testament into Greek and nothing more.
Eusebius and Philo, both of questionable character, make mention of a Greek Pentateuch. Hardly the entire Old Testament and not mentioned as any kind of an officially accepted translation.
Is there ANY Greek manuscript of the Old Testament written BEFORE the time of Christ? Yes. There is one minute scrap dated at 150 BC, the Ryland's Papyrus, #458. It contains Deuteronomy chapters 23-28. No more. No less. If fact, it may be the existence of this fragment that led Eusebius and Philo to assume that the entire Pentateuch had been translated by some scribe in an effort to interest Gentiles in the history of the Jews. It most certainly cannot be a portion of any pretended official Old Testament translation into Greek. We can rest assured that those 72 Jewish scholars supposedly chosen for the work in 250 BC would be just a mite feeble by 150 BC.
Besides the non-existence of any reason to believe such a translation was ever produced are several hurtles which the "Letter of Aristeas", Origen's Hexapla, Ryland's #458, and Eusebius and Philo just cannot clear.
The first one is the "Letter of Aristeas" itself. There is little doubt amongst scholars today that it was not written by anyone named Aristeas. In fact, some believe its true author is Philo. This would give it an A.D. date. If this were true, then its REAL intention would be to deceive believers into thinking that Origen's second column is a copy of the LXX. A feat that it has apparently accomplished "in spades".
If there was an Aristeas, he was faced with two insurmountable problems.
First, how did he ever locate the twelve tribes in order to pick his six representative scholars from each. Having been thoroughly scattered by their many defeats and captivities, the tribal lines of the 12 tribes had long since dissolved into virtual non-existence. It was impossible for anyone to distinctly identify the 12 individual tribes.
Secondly, if the 12 tribes had been identified, they would not have undertaken such a translation for two compelling reasons.
(1) Every Jew knew that the official caretaker of Scripture was the tribe of Levi as evidenced in Deuteronomy 17:18, 31:25,26 and Malachi 2:7. Thus, NO Jew of any of the eleven other tribes would dare join such a forbidden enterprise.
(2) It is obvious to any reader of the Bible that the Jews were to be distinctly different from the Gentile nations around them. Unto them was given such distinct practices as circumcision, Sabbath worship, sundry laws of cleansing and their own homeland. Added to this is the heritage of the Hebrew language. Even today, practicing Jews in China and India refuse to teach their children any language but Hebrew. The Falasha Jews of Ethiopia were distinct among the many tribes of their country by the fact that they jealously retained the Hebrew language as an evidence of their Jewish heritage.
Are we to be so naive as to believe that the Jews who considered Gentiles nothing more than dogs, would willingly forsake their heritage, the Hebrew language, for a Gentile language into which would be translated the holiest possession of all, their Bible? Such a supposition is as insane as it is absurd.
"What then," one might ask, "of the numerous quotes in the New Testament of the Old Testament that are ascribed to the LXX?" The LXX they speak of is nothing more than the second column of Origen's Hexapia. The New Testament quotations are not quotes of any LXX or the Hexapla. They are the author, the Holy Spirit, taking the liberty of quoting His work in the Old Testament in whatever manner He wishes. And we can rest assured that He certainly is not quoting any non-existent Septuagint.
Only one more question arises. Then why are scholars so quick to accept the existence of this LXX in the face of such irrefutable arguments against it? The answer is sad and simple.
Hebrew is an extremely difficult language to learn. It takes years of study to attain a passing knowledge of it. And many more to be well enough versed to use it as a vehicle of study. By comparison a working knowledge of Greek is easily attainable. Thus, IF THERE WAS an official translation of the Old Testament into Greek, Bible critics could triple the field of influence overnight without a painstaking study of biblical Hebrew. Unfortunately, the acceptance of the existence of the Septuagint on such thin evidence is based solely on pride and voracity.
But stop and think. Even if such a spurious document as the LXX really did exist, how could a Bible critic, who, in reference to the King James Bible, say that "No translation has the authority of the original language, " claim in the same breath that his pet LXX has equal authority with the Hebrew Original? This scholarly double-talk is nothing more than a self exalting authority striving to keep his scholarly position above those "unschooled in the original languages."

Cafe told to remove 'God Bless America' banner
Whenever folks in Penfield, New York get a hankering for pancakes for lunch – they head over to the 5 Mile Café.
The family-owned restaurant is known in those parts for serving breakfast any time of the day (order their homemade corned beef hash).
Click here to join Todd’s American Dispatch: a must-read for conservatives!
They are also known for their patriotism.
“We are very patriotic here at the café – all year round –not just this time of year,” owner Jennifer Aquino told me. “We have American flags and patriotic things around the café.”
So Jennifer decided to ask the town for a permit so she could post a “God Bless America” banner on the front of her restaurant. She wanted to display the banner from Memorial Day through Independence Day.
There was just one significant problem.
Penfield has a strict banner allotment policy. Businesses are only allowed to post banners for a total of three weeks out of the year. And Jennifer had used up her allotment.
“At one point we had banners all over the town and the town just looked trashy and our residents said enough’s enough,” town supervisor Tony LaFountain told WHEC.
Jennifer’s request was denied.
Instead of posting the banner outside the restaurant, she posted it inside. And that was that – until the Orlando terrorist attack.

Snipers Kill Five Officers, Wound Six, During Dallas Black Lives Matter Protest
Snipers Kill Five Officers, Wound Six, During Dallas Black Lives Matter Protest
DEVELOPING: Dallas Police were in a standoff early Friday with a suspected sniper who, along with at least one other shooter, targeted law enforcement officers during a protest march, killing five and injuring several other officers as well as one civilian. More suspects may be at large.Dallas Police Chief David Brown said the suspect holed up in a downtown parking garage had exchanged gunfire with officers for 45 minutes and claimed “the end is coming”, as well as saying that he had planted bombs across Dallas and wanted to hurt more officers.….Brown said “our assumption” is that the four suspects were “working together with rifles, triangulating at different positions.” He had no information on a possible motive or the identities of any of the suspects. He also noted that police were not completely certain that every suspect was in custody.
Four officers are dead – three Dallas police officers and one DART transit officer – after two snipers ambushed and opened fire on police at the end of a peaceful protest against nationwide officer-involved shootings Thursday night, officials say.Eleven officers were shot by gunmen who were still at large hours after what was believed to be a coordinated shooting, according to Dallas Police Chief David Brown.“We believe that these suspects were positioning themselves to triangulate on our officers and planned to injure and kill as many law enforcement officers as they could,” Brown said.Read the rest here.

Elon Musk: ‘With artificial intelligence we are summoning the demon.’
I think we should be very careful about artificial intelligence. If I were to guess like what our biggest existential threat is, it’s probably that. So we need to be very careful with the artificial intelligence. Increasingly scientists think there should be some regulatory oversight maybe at the national and international level, just to make sure that we don’t do something very foolish. With artificial intelligence we are summoning the demon. In all those stories where there’s the guy with the pentagram and the holy water, it’s like yeah he’s sure he can control the demon. Didn’t work out.

Five Creepiest Advances in Artificial Intelligence
Already, the electronic brains of the most advanced robotic models surpass human intelligence and are able to do things that will make some of us shudder uncomfortably. But what is your reaction going to be after learning about recent advances in robotics and artificial intelligence?
5. Schizophrenic robot
Scientists at the University of Texas (Austin) have simulated mental illness for a computer, testing schizophrenia on artificial intelligence units.
The test subject is DISCERN – a supercomputer that functions as a biological neural network and operates using the principles of how human brain functions. In their attempt to recreate the mechanism behind schizophrenia, the scientists have applied the concepts described in the theory of hyper-learning, which states that schizophrenic brain processes and stores too much information too thoroughly by memorizing everything, even the unnecessary details.
The researchers then emulated schizophrenic brain in artificial intelligence by overloading the computer with many stories. At one point, the computer claimed responsibility for a terrorist act, telling researchers about setting off a bomb. Artificial intelligence has reported this incident because of confusion with a third party’s story about the explosion by terrorists, mixed in with its own memory. In another case, the computer began to talk about itself as a third person, because it could not make out what exactly it was at the moment.
After several phases of the experiment, almost all of the robots turned off their “beacons”, refusing to help each other. But this was not the only outcome of this experiment: some of the other bots managed to divert other bots away from the “food” by blinking more intensely.
4. Robot-deceiver
Professor Roland Arkin from the School of interactive computing at the University of Georgia presented the results of an experiment in which scientists were able to teach a group of robots to cheat and deceive. The strategy for such fraudulent behavior was based on the behavior of birds and squirrels.
The experiment involved two robots. First robot had to find a place to hide, and the second robot was to discover where the first robot was hiding. Robots had to go through an obstacle course with pre-installed physical objects which turned over as the robots moved along. The first robot led the way, and the second one followed the first robot by analyzing tracks left along the path.
After a while, the hiding robot started deliberately overturning obstacles just to create a diversion and was hiding somewhere away from the mess he had left behind. This strategy was not originally programmed, the robot has developed its own strategy, through trial and error. After all, this was just a harmless university experiment, right?
3. Ruthless robot
The scientists at the Laboratory of Intelligent Systems put a group of robots in the same room with predetermined sources of “food” and “poison.” Machines earned points for being closest to the “food”, and lost points if they approached sources of “poison.” All machines involved in the experiment were fitted with small blue lights, flashing erratically, as well as a sensor camera, which helped to identify the light from the lamps of other robots.
The robots were able to turn off their lights if needed. When the experiment began, it did not take too long for the robots to realize that the largest concentration of blue lights was at the point where the other robots congregated, that is next to the “food.” It turned out that, by blinking their lights, the robots showed the competitors where the correct source was located.
Yes, as it turned out, we all use the Internet the same way, no matter who we are, human beings or high-tech digital intelligence. A little later, Google has discovered that the computer has even developed its own concept of what a kitten should look like by independently generating the image with an analogue to our cerebral cortex and based on a review of photographs seeing earlier.
2. Supercomputer with imagination
Among the many projects by the Google company, which, without a doubt, one day will put an end to our civilization, there is one project that stands out: a self-learning computer with a neural network simulation system.
In an experiment, this supercomputer was given free access to the Internet and the ability to examine the contents of the network. There were no restrictions or guidelines, the powerful super intelligence was simply allowed to explore the entire human history and experience. And what do you think this supercomputer has chosen out of all this wealth of information? It began browsing though images of kittens.
“Nautilus” is another self-learning supercomputer. This unit was fed millions of newspaper articles starting from 1945, by basing its search on two criteria: the nature of the publication and location. Using this wealth of information about past events, the computer was asked to come up with suggestions on what would happen in the “future.” And these turned out to be surprisingly accurate guesses. How accurate? Well, for example, it had located Bin Laden.
The same task took 11 years, two wars, two presidents and billions of dollars for the U.S. government and its allies. The “Nautilus” project has taken much less time, and all that was done was just the analysis of the news pertaining to the terrorist leader and connecting dots in his probable whereabouts. As a result of its analysis, the “Nautilus” has narrowed the search area to a 200-km zone in the northern Pakistan, where Osama’s refuge was discovered.
The experiment with the “Nautilus” was retrospective in nature , the computer was given an opportunity to predict events which had already happened. Now scientists are contemplating allowing the machine to predict present day’s future events.

Why Do We Need "Thee" and "Thou"?
In almost every language but Modern English, people knew whether the speaker was addressing one person or many. In Classical English, this is preserved. If the speaker is talking to one person, he uses "thee" or "thou." If he is talking to many people, he says "you" or "your." The King James preserves this distinction.
When Jesus spoke to Nicodemus, He said, "Marvel not that I said unto thee, ye must be born again" (John 3:7). What He said in effect was, "Marvel not that I said unto thee (Nicodemus), ye (all of you people) must be born again." Jesus did not tell this only to Nicodemus.
He spoke to all people of all times, from those who stood around that night, even to us today: Ye must be born again!
http://www.chick.com/bc/2000/theeandthou.asp
Second-person pronoun distinction:
Perhaps the first thing that many people identify as an archaism in the KJV is the use of “thee’s” and “thou’s.” The KJV uses these pronouns in order to distinguish between the second-person singular (thou, thee, thy, thine) and the second-person plural (ye, you, your, yours). The Greek and Hebrew make this distinction.
This distinction is crucial for a close reading of the Bible. See Galatians 6:1 for example: “Brethren, if a man be overtaken in a fault, ye which are spiritual, restore such an one in the spirit of meekness; considering thyself, lest thou also be tempted.” By paying close attention to the pronouns, we see that the restoration of a faulted individual is the responsibility of not just one person but of many ("ye" which are spiritual) but each individual must examine his own integrity (considering "thyself"). We cannot extract these helpful teachings on communal responsibility and individual responsibility from this passage unless the distinctions in pronouns are translated. Other passages where the distinction in a pronoun's person is important are Exodus 4:15, Exodus 29:42, 2 Samuel 7:23, Matthew 26:64, Luke 22:31-32, John 3:7, 1 Corinthians 8:9-12, 2 Timothy 4:22, Titus 3:15, Philemon 21-25, to name a few.
Many modern languages such as French, German, Spanish, Japanese, and Chinese retain this distinction between singular and plural second person pronouns. Moreover, although “thou” and “ye” may be archaic, they are not unfamiliar. We do not use these pronouns in colloquial speech, but we still use them when we sing hymns (even contemporary praise songs) to God and to the congregation. We sing “Be thou my vision” in the song titled thus, and “Prepare ye the way of the Lord” in the song, “Days of Elijah.” At every hockey game Canadians sing their national anthem, "O Canada," which mentions "thy" once and "thee" four times in one stanza. The song became the official Canadian national anthem as recently as in July 1, 1980 and remains a national favorite. Canadian children do not have any problem understanding the meaning of "thy" and "thee." Although “thou” and “ye” may not be parts of colloquial speech, they are certainly not obsolete if we still use them in songs, prose, or the Bible when there are good grammatical, metrical, or stylistic reasons to use them.
