New York 'Choose Life' License Plate Lawsuit to Proceed in Federal Court

On January 4 after nearly two hours of oral argument, a federal judge refused to dismiss a civil rights lawsuit brought against New York officials for excluding a pro-adoption group from its specialty license plate program.
