Yep, its a mad mad world

The U.S. Department of Agriculture?s food stamp program is proud to be distributing the greatest amount of food stamps and free meals ever. Meanwhile, the U.S. Parks Service is asking people to not feed the animals because they claim the animals will become dependent upon the handouts and not learn to take care of themselves.
