Jade Helm - Preemptive extraction of potential dissidents

The word Sabotage derives from the Netherlands in the 15th century, when workers would throw their sabots (wooden shoes) into the wooden gears of the textile looms to break the cogs, fearing the automated machines would render the human workers obsolete.

Is the wooden shoe in the Jade Helm logo with the arrows through the wooden shoe symbolic of preemptive strike against those who would try and sabotage the new world order?  Those luddites who fear "progress" and not want to go along with transhumanism and evolve to the next level by taking the "mark"?

The Jade Helm exercise is a practice run for extraction of potential dissidents from their homes in the middle of the night.  Will it go live in concert with a major economic crash this September/October?
