Saddened to learn of Justice Scalia's death.
Seems all too conveniently suspicious of the timing. One of the most conservative Justices dies suddenly right before election?
Allows for possibility of Obama appointment, stacking the court with yet another liberal Judge.
Even if he couldn't get the senate to confirm the nomination, he has 17 days do a recess appointment after January 3, 2017.
Perhaps this would be a good time for Obama to try for a third term, suspend the election due to a contrived emergency, and/or enact several unconstitutional executive orders and actions.
