Annual Pride Parade kicks off in Tel Aviv
Tens of thousands of people are participating in the Pride Parade on Friday, marching through Tel Aviv in a street party that will culminate at a beach party at Charles Clore Park. Some 50-60 thousand people are estimated to be marching on the streets of Tel Aviv, while a total of 200,000 are expected to participate in the Pride events overall.

Conservative rabbis adopt resolution backing transgender rights
The international association of Conservative rabbis passed a resolution declaring its embrace of transgender people, and called on Jewish institutions and government agencies to ensure their full equality. The Rabbinical Assembly resolution passed last week expresses “the full welcome, acceptance, and inclusion of people of all gender identities in Jewish life and general society.”
