He aborted over 48,000 babies. Then he pulled a baby’s beating heart out with his forceps.
As I pull out the mess, thinking it will be bone fragments I lay it on the cloth, I look, and I see a human heart, contracting and expanding and beating, beating, beating. I thought I would go mad. 

Aborted Babies Reportedly Cut Open while Still Alive
In a grisly description of the experiments, the Journal says: “The thorax [chest] was opened and the heart was observed directly. When the heart was beating, the fetus was returned to the chamber and the experiment was resumed.” One of the babies survived for 11 hours under these brutal conditions.
