She allegedly had connecting flights to Istanbul, Turkey, and then to Adana, Turkey, just a few hours' drive from the Syrian border.
talk about disconnection with reality... this demonstrates how effective the marketing of ISIS has been in the media to those who watch too much tv...
ISIS makes terrorism look cool...
New Terrorists Appeal To YoungISIS split from al-Qaida last year after al-Qaida leader Ayman al-Zawahiri, the successor to Osama bin Laden, publicly disassociated his group from ISIS, due to its brutality and its attempt to bring under its wing another al-Qaida affiliate in Syria, Jabhat al-Nusra.

Tens Of Thousands Of Christians Flee As ISIS Invades
Over 50,000 Iraqis, mainly Christians, from the Nineveh township of Qaraqosh, 12 miles east of Iraq's second-largest city Mosul, were displaced the night of June 25 as a result of shelling by the armed forces of the Sunni extremist Islamic State in Iraq and Syria (ISIS). The township includes the historic Christian villages of Keremles and Bartella. With the collapse of the Iraqi army in Mosul earlier this month, the only armed defenders of Qaraqosh are members of the Kurdish Pershmerga militia. (Photo courtesy: PR Newswire) A Christian Solidarity International (CSI) team is in the area to assist with relief efforts. According to CSI's local partner, the Hammurabi Human Rights Organization, the ISIS attack against Qaraqosh "portends a humanitarian catastrophe for all the people in the Nineveh Plain, and a disastrous emigration of Christians out of the country." "Those who had cars drove. Those who didn't went on foot," a local Iraqi Christian told CSI...

ISIS Plans To Smash Borders Of Mideast Map And Experts Say US Will Not Be Able To Stop ThemClaiming its goal is to smash the “partitioning of Muslim lands by crusader powers,” the Islamic State of Iraq and al-Sham, or ISIS, has set out its goal of redrawing the map of the Middle East. This goal is outlined in an article from its latest weekly web magazine, The Islamic State Report, a professionally designed mouthpiece meant to recruit would-be jihadist fighters from the West. The article seeks to justify creation of an Islamic caliphate to re-establish the Middle East region before it was carved up by the British and French following World War I. In outlining how it is reshaping the Middle East map, ISIS in said its goal is to correct an injustice that goes back to a secret arrangement between the British and French, known as the 1916 Sykes-Picot Treaty. That treaty created the countries of Syria, Lebanon, Iraq and Jordan and later contributed to Israel’s creation. Middle East experts say some of these nation-states won’t survive in their present form, and while some will, the bottom line is the United States won’t be able to stop a process that is well underway.
ISIS Weapons Windfall May Alter Balance In Iraq, Syria Conflicts
Rival Syrian rebel factions already report seeing U.S.-built, ISIS-commandeered Humvees almost as far west as the vicinity of Aleppo, some 250 miles from Iraq. The influx of arms and fighters from Iraq could shift the balance of power among fractious groups fighting for supremacy in Syria. ISIS, which also reportedly snatched the equivalent of close to $500 million in cash from a Mosul bank, has been catapulted to the position of the world's wealthiest and best-equipped militant group, analysts say. Its riches easily eclipse those of Al Qaeda under Osama bin Laden, despite his personal fortune. The group, which has attracted thousands of fighters from the Arab world, Europe and elsewhere, also holds sway over a broad swath of contiguous territory in the heart of the Middle East. "ISIS are well-trained, very capable, and have advanced weapons systems that they know how to use," said Michael Stephens, researcher at the Royal United Services Institute for Defense and Security Studies.

Jerusalem And Rome Will Be Conquered Next, Says Leader Of 'Islamic State'
Muslims have been called to flock to the 'Islamic State' to gather for a battle against non-believers throughout the world . Abu Bakr al-Baghdadi, the self-proclaimed leader of the 'Islamic State' stretching across Iraq and Syria, has vowed to lead the conquest of Rome as he called on Muslims to immigrate to his new land to fight under its banner around the globe. Baghdadi, who holds a PhD in Islamic studies, said Muslims were being targetted and killed from China to Indonesia. Speaking as the first Caliph, or commander of the Islamic faithful since the dissolution of the Ottoman empire, he called on Muslims to rally to his pan-Islamic state. "Those who can immigrate to the Islamic State should immigrate, as immigration to the house of Islam is a duty," he said in an audio recording released on a website used by the group formerly known as the Islamic State of Iraq and al-Sham.

Former NATO Chief: Jihadists Will Target West Next
A former NATO commander warned Monday that it was “only a matter of time” before a Sunni insurgent group that has captured parts of Iraq and Syria turns its attention to attacks in Europe. Retired Navy Adm. James Stavridis urged U.S. and European allies to do more to prevent jihadists with western passports from returning home to stage terror attacks. "As [the Islamic State in Iraq and Syria] ISIS consolidates its position across the Syrian and Iraqi divide, NATO must realize that it is only a matter of time before a wave of EU-passport-bearing jihadists will be headed back home to wreak havoc," Stavridis said in an op-ed for the Atlantic Council. "Those AK-toting fundamentalists are a bit busy at the moment destroying two Shiite/Alawite regimes in Iraq and Syria, respectively, but the eye of Sunni extremism will inevitably turn its attention to...
